Terms and Conditions of Sale

By accessing, browsing or purchasing using this site, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, conditions and any relevant disclaimers.

Bio-Shield Australia Ltd ( Bio-Shield) reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained in these terms or conditions at any time. Bio-Shield reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Bio-Shield, but paid for, will receive a full refund.

Customer Ordering
By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this web site.
We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description or image posted on this web site, or an error in your order. If an order is declined a full refund will be made.

We reserve the right to apply a 20% fee to any cancelled orders to cover our cost in processing your order.

If we are unable to supply  the particular product you require, we will contact you, and inform you of the general date of availability or of alternative products, or offer to cancel the sale.

Your contract with Bio-Shield Australia Ltd ( Bio-Shield) will come into existence when an order number has been generated. A confirmation of that order by email is sent to your nominated email address. 

Payment
All prices are in AU dollars unless stated.
Bio-Shield accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard only using Windcave via a secure website or PayPal. 

The name that will appear on your bank statement will be Bio-Shield. 
For telephone orders and payments, no credit card information is retained by Bio-Shield.
Some Australian banks will charge transactio
n fees in additon to the listed price - please check with your bank before purchasing if they charge these fees.

Invoice Payment Terms
All goods remain the sole property of Bio-Shield until payment and monies due are received in full.
Payment is due within 7 days. Late payments may have a $65 administration fee and interest at 20% p.a. added. All costs incurred in recovery of any unpaid invoice or unpaid part of any invoice will be payable by the customer.

Surcharge
Bio-Shield does not add surcharges on credit card payments.

Some Australian banks will charge transaction fees in additon to the listed price - please check with your bank before purchasing.

Stock Availability
If we cannot supply a particular item we will advise you as soon as possible of a revised delivery time.

Delivery Estimates
Bio-Shield will ensure your order is dispatched promptly from our Auckland warehouse. Delivery is estimated at 1 to 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
If the courier company loses your goods in transit, we will replace them at no charge to you. 
The replacement item will be sent as soon as the courier company confirms the loss of the goods during transit.

Shipping Delivery Costs
All orders to a Australian address are at the rate stated, including to a Rural Delivery address.


Delivery Risk
Bio-Shield will retain full ownership of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. Ownership of those products the risk in the products will pass to you on full payment and dispatch from Bio-Shield.
If a product is found to be incorrectly addressed by Bio-Shield then we will be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement of the product.
If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Bio-Shield will work with the courier company to locate and deliver the product to the correct address.  Any additional delivery charges that arise due to the customer  providing an insufficient or incorrect address will be borne solely by the customer.
There are no import duties or levies payable and no restrictions on shipping Bio-Shield

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery times are estimated at 1 to 3 working days from the time of dispatch to a metropolitan area.  Conditions that may affect these delivery times are adverse weather conditions and freight volumes at certain times of the year.
Delivery to outlying and rural areas will add more days the delivery estimates.


Delivery Process
Unless specified by the customer at the time of ordering the courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. In most cases the courier will provide proof of delivery to Bio-Shield.

Damaged goods: If the couriered goods are found to be damaged in transit please advise us immediately.  Claims for damage or loss of goods must be filed within 14 days.
For any damage or loss of goods claims not filed within 14 days, we reserve the right to reject your claim.
